Guys walked all over me and the only time girls would talk to me was when they needed help with their homework. Certainly not the best way to build up self esteem. Can you imagine what that feels like?

One day I finally decided I needed to take some drastic measures. So I started eating less and started exercising like a maniac. Sure enough, a few months later I'd lost a ton of weight.

But it was the WRONG kind of weight...

Instead of going from chubby guy to the buff guy I had imagined, I ended up looking really skinny. I
was damn frustrated, all that effort had resulted in nothing. I then realized that if I wanted to become the man I wanted to be, I'd need to put on some muscle.

But I certainly didn't want to get fat again, so I had to figure out a method for putting on muscle without looking like a sumo wrestler by the end. Being a busy student, I also couldn't spare much time to work out either.

And still being in college meant that I had no money for all the fancy supplements. At the time I felt like I had all the odds stacked against me. But I was so determined that it didn't matter one bit...

So I started.

I started reading up on all the free websites I could find. I bought a few muscle magazines to see if they had any tips. I forked out a weeks wage on some protein powder that claimed to make muscle building a breeze. I even had a weight training program designed for me by the gym instructor.

Then I hit it hard.

I was in the gym all the time. I was broke because of the supplements and the gym fees, but I didn't really care. I knew my dream body was around the corner and some of the big problems in my life would slowly drift away...

But it didn't happen...

After a couple of months of following the advice of the people in internet forums, muscle mags and even the gym instructor, I still looked the same. I wasn't skinny, I wasn't fat, I was skinny fat.

Imagine having almost no muscles and a beer gut too. The "Buddha" had turned into ET. Try and imagine how low I felt at this point. I'd put so much into it, but just about all my hope had faded.

I was still super jealous of all the fit guys at school. They were treated like Gods by the other guys and they had girls all over them. I knew I wanted it so bad, I had to figure out how to do it.

So I used the one thing I had. My brain. I sat down and thought out why I had failed and what I could do to change that. It was around this period when I finally figured out the principles that govern my Muscle Growth Formula...

And it was pretty obvious that it worked. Within a couple of months, I'd rebuilt my body into something I was really proud of. And people began to take notice. Soon enough I was the guy all the other guys were coming to for advice.

And it felt pretty damn good being this guy. I was finally getting respect from some of the more alpha guys at school. Something about me said "Don't mess with this guy". And I noticed that the girls at school were suddenly a lot friendlier...

I went from not even being able to hold eye contact with a girl, to being able to confidently walk up to any woman and grab her number. Just as a warning, if you do go and change your body the way I hope you do, expect to get a LOT more attention from women.

Whether it's just an "accidental" bump, or a more brazen squeeze of your bicep, women just won't leave you alone. It took a close friend to explain this to me. You see, this is because muscles trigger an unconscious response of attraction in women. This is because a man with muscles is going to be strong and healthy, which means he is able to protect her from other men etc etc.

Now while this may not be so true today, it was back in the caveman days, when picking up girls literally meant picking her up and throwing her over your shoulder.

"The guy with the muscles could protect her and over thousands of years, this has been hard wired into womens brains..."

Anyway, back to my story. It wasn't long after all this stuff happened (3 or so months after applying my system) that a lot of my friends had begun to ask "How the hell did you do this? Can you teach me?". And I was happy to. After all, they were my friends.

But then I became a bit nervous. What if I was just a freak? What if my principles only worked on me? Maybe they won't work for everyone? But it wasn't long before my fears went right out the window. I had one skinny friend who was never able to gain weight, no matter what he tried. He had just about accepted that he was going to have to go through life skinny.

But after I put him through my training system, he managed to gain 18.5 pounds in just 2 months!

And he wasn't the only one to have a huge success. I took another friend who had always been skinny and he managed to gain 12 pounds of muscle! All in just over 6 weeks!

After word got around about those two guys, I became the go-to guy in my social group for body transformations. It was a really fulfilling time, but after a while it got really repetitive. You see, it didn't really matter on the particular person, I was basically saying the same stuff to each person.

I felt like a broken record and knew I had to do something about it...

I realized I needed to be able to say "Go here, do this, problem solved". It needed to be easy to follow and accessible to everyone. I also knew that I didn't want to become famous or have people google me and find out that I'm some muscle building "guru" (I'm not a guru, just a normal guy who happens to know a few things about building muscle).

So now I have the best of both worlds, being able to help people around the world achieve the physiques they've always dreamed of, yet still remain anonymous. Unlike a lot of muscle "gurus", my primary source of income doesn't come from this website.

Nor do I have a desire to impress people or show those people who made fun of me what I've become. I've gotten over caring about that and I suggest you do that too.

And so the Muscle Growth Formula was born!

It's not your fault you're skinny...

Yes, it's a sad story to tell, but the truth is, you're not the one responsible. The truth is, you would be able to put on muscle almost at will if you knew the right things. Unfortunately though, the truth has been hidden away from you.

This is because of money. Muscle mags wouldn't sell any copies of their magazines if they spoke the truth because the principles behind the Muscle Growth Formula are so simple.

It's much more interesting to say "Add 6 inches to your biceps overnight using this obscure exercise that you won't ever be able to do properly!"

It's also true that all the major muscle magazines are today owned by supplement companies. Which means instead of giving you the truth, they try and sell you their own over priced and over hyped supplements.

And most personal trainers aren't much help either. While most personal trainers can help you perform exercises right, they can't really help you put on serious muscle. It's not that they're bad people, it's just that they don't know the truth either.

So as you can imagine, it really makes it hard to put on muscle, when all the people you trust to help you, don't give you the right advice. This frustrated the hell out of me when I first started, so I'm going to do my best to make sure you don't go through the same thing.

Are you making any of these costly mistakes?

Killer Mistake #1


Probably the most common mistake I see people making is over training. Have you ever gone to the gym 7 days a week in the hope that you would be all the better for it? In most areas of your life, this sort of thinking works well.

If you want to get good marks in school, studying harder will help you get there. But building muscle is different. I've found through experimentation that training less is actually the answer.

Obviously you can't train for 2 minutes a week and expect to get results, but if you can get yourself down to the gym three times a week for thirty minutes each time, you'll be one step closer to the body you truly want.

When I first told people this, they didn't believe me. But after trying it out for themselves, they were pleasantly surprised. If you gain only one thing from this site, make sure it's this...

Killer Mistake #2

If you've ever tried to put on muscle without seriously considering your diet, then you're wasting your time. While you don't have to be super fussy, if you're making a couple of crucial mistakes in your diet, you don't stand a chance at putting on solid muscle.

This is especially true for "hard gainers". If you think you are one, think again. In almost every case of this I've seen, not eating enough is the main problem. So if you've been working out well but still haven't seen any results, start eating more.

How much you need to eat varies from person to person, but if you can't gain weight, you need to eat more. Add this to the right amount of training and you'll be another step closer to ripping your shirt off at the beach and strutting around like you own the place.

Killer Mistake #3

What percentage of your muscle gains do you think will come from supplements? 50%? 60%? If you think the answer is anywhere near that number, you're sadly making mistake number three...

While supplements aren't evil, they won't build you the muscle that you might think they can. They aren't magic pills, they won't make up for being slack at the gym and they will almost never live up to the claims made in their advertising.

Think of supplements just like you would food. Would you expect eating chicken to give you some magical muscle building power? Of course not, but for some reason, many people believe this of supplements.

So next time you see a big ad for a miracle supplement, remember this mistake and it will hopefully save your wallet from another beating...
